  1. Complete Business Access through the business access form.
  2. Submit a Need / Hiring Post through the right form.
  3. Receive Profiles to Business after Swahub review, shortlist, and contributor approval.
  4. Run Business Selection on your side and decide who moves ahead.

What the Swahub team does.

  1. Review the business requirement after a Need / Hiring Post is submitted.
  2. Prepare the Contributor Shortlist based on fit and relevance.
  3. Check Contributor Approval before any profile is forwarded.
  4. Share the Selection Announcement after the business completes its decision.
Contributor

What the contributor side does.

  1. Complete Contributor Entry through the contributor form.
  2. Stay available for matching when relevant business requirements come in.
  3. Confirm interest when Swahub asks for Contributor Approval.
  4. If selected, gain proof and visibility through the Selection Announcement.
Selection Announcement

Outcomes are shared back into the community.

When a business completes its own selection, Swahub announces the outcome inside the community. That gives both sides visible closure without pretending the process is automated.
