Clear answers for
the current Swahub
model.
Swahub is easier to understand when the operating model is explicit. These answers cover the current stage, access model, and what both sides should expect.
What is Swahub today?
Swahub is currently a community-first startup and contributor matching system. Businesses get access to the business community, contributors join through entry, and the Swahub team manually reviews, shortlists, checks approval, forwards profiles, and announces selections.
Is Swahub a fully launched platform?
No. The current model is intentionally community-first and team-mediated. Swahub is not positioned as a fully built self-serve marketplace, dashboard, or automated matching platform.
How do businesses use Swahub currently?
Businesses start with Business Access. After access, they can submit a Need Form or Hiring Form. Swahub reviews the requirement, shortlists matching contributors, checks contributor interest, forwards relevant profiles, and the business handles the final selection process.
How do contributors use Swahub currently?
Contributors start with the Contributor Entry Form. Swahub reviews fit and relevance, keeps strong profiles in the contributor community, and reaches out when a business requirement matches. Profiles are only forwarded after contributor approval.
Which form should I use?
Use Business Access to join from the business side, the Contributor Entry Form to join from the contributor side, the Need Form for scoped business requirements, and the Hiring Form for longer-fit roles.
How does matching work currently?
Matching is manual and curated. Swahub reviews the business requirement, identifies relevant contributors, checks whether those contributors are interested, and only then forwards approved profiles to the business.
Is it free to access?
Business access review and contributor entry review are currently free. The actual terms of any opportunity depend on the business requirement itself.
Do all opportunities guarantee payment?
No. Not every opportunity guarantees payment. Some may be paid and some may be early-stage, but Swahub expects every opportunity to be serious and capable of creating practical value, proof, or a real next step.
Who reviews the requirements?
The Swahub team reviews business needs and hiring requirements before a shortlist is prepared. This is part of the current hands-on community process.
When are contributor profiles shared?
Profiles are shared only after Swahub has reviewed the requirement, shortlisted relevant contributors, and checked contributor approval or interest.
How are selections announced?
When a business completes its own selection process, Swahub announces and celebrates the outcome in the community. That visible closure is part of the current model.
How should someone contact Swahub?
Use office@swahub.in for official public communication. If you are reaching out, say whether you are a business, a contributor, or asking an operational question so the request can be routed clearly.
